The strangest things can act as inspiration sometimes.

The other day, while window shopping online, I came across this adorable Christmas Tree at Urban Outfitters.

I immediately began dreaming of a Charlie Brown Christmas Dinner Party.

An upscale, adult version of a Charlie Brown Christmas.

I thought this would be such a cute theme for having friends over for an intimate dinner to celebrate the upcoming holiday.

So, before I knew it, I had switched from online Christmas shopping, to throwing together the following inspiration board for a fun-filled holiday dinner party.

I felt the key was to keep things simple, to reflect the sad tree, yet add elegant touches & character items sporadically throughout.
